- Conduct quality control of finished products within internal and external workshops, ensuring adherence to the Maison's quality standards.
- Organize and optimize the quality control schedule in collaboration with the Quality team and Quality Manager.
- Analyze and define corrective measures in cases of quality non-conformity.
- Record quality control results in various tools such as SAP and reception tracking systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality service.
- Communicate quality control decisions and the quality specifications to internal and external workshops.
- Report recurring quality issues to the Quality Manager.
- Ensure proper handling of high jewelry products during events, photo shoots, and presentations.
- Instruct event teams on the handling of high jewelry products.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a jewelry environment, particularly in manufacturing, quality control, or technical support.
- Strong relational skills and pedagogical abilities.
- Capacity to articulate and argue quality decisions effectively.
