1. Control the quality of finished products within internal and external workshops.
2. Organize the control schedule in collaboration with the Quality team and Quality Manager.
3. Contribute to the analysis and definition of corrective measures in case of quality non-conformity.
4. Record quality control results in various tools such as SAP.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.
6. Assist workshops in achieving the required quality level.
7. Explain quality control decisions and product quality specifications.
8. Communicate quality information to workshops and report recurring quality issues to the Quality Manager.
9. Ensure proper handling of products during events, photo shoots, and presentations.

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a jewelry environment in manufacturing, control, or technical support.
