Cartier Purchasing Assistant — Perfumes (Alternance)

- Support the perfumes purchasing team in end‑to‑end procurement activities including purchase order creation, tracking and coordination with suppliers.
- Assist in supplier sourcing and evaluation, manage sample flows and liaise with product development and quality teams.
- Compile and analyse purchasing data to support demand forecasting, stock planning and margin optimisation.
- Participate in price and commercial condition reviews, and help prepare negotiation materials and RFQs.
- Ensure accurate master data maintenance in procurement and ERP systems and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional communications with marketing, logistics and finance to guarantee product availability and timely launches.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Luxury Brand Management or a related field (work‑study/alternance eligible).
- Strong analytical aptitude with advanced Excel skills and comfort handling numerical data.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and with external suppliers.
- Demonstrated interest in fragrances, beauty or luxury products; discretion and adherence to high ethical standards.

Prior internships or short placements in procurement, retail buying, supply chain or the beauty industry are advantageous but not mandatory; the role is designed for a candidate in a work‑study programme seeking practical purchasing experience within luxury fragrances.
Enrolment in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's programme (Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Luxury Brand Management or similar).
