Cartier Purchasing Assistant — Perfumes (Alternance)

1. Support the perfumes purchasing team in end‑to‑end procurement activities including purchase order creation, tracking and coordination with suppliers.
2. Assist in supplier sourcing and evaluation, manage sample flows and liaise with product development and quality teams.
3. Compile and analyse purchasing data to support demand forecasting, stock planning and margin optimisation.
4. Participate in price and commercial condition reviews, and help prepare negotiation materials and RFQs.
5. Ensure accurate master data maintenance in procurement and ERP systems and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
6. Coordinate cross‑functional communications with marketing, logistics and finance to guarantee product availability and timely launches.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Luxury Brand Management or a related field (work‑study/alternance eligible).
2. Strong analytical aptitude with advanced Excel skills and comfort handling numerical data.
3. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
4. Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and with external suppliers.
5. Demonstrated interest in fragrances, beauty or luxury products; discretion and adherence to high ethical standards.
