Cartier Purchasing Assistant Intern - Fragrances

- Manage fragrance packaging and subcontracting purchases for a designated portfolio, collaborating with Development, Supply, Quality, Formulas & Regulatory teams, and Cartier Operations.
- Lead project launches from briefing to delivery, coordinating with project teams and Finance, ensuring adherence to objectives and deadlines while proposing improvements.
- Monitor product lines with Supply and Cartier Operations teams, updating contracts and negotiating pricing based on lot sizes.
- Manage project data in SAP and perform MDM checks for launches and existing lines.
- Participate in budget preparation, negotiations, and inputting new pricing conditions in SAP.
- Assist in preparing supplier business reviews and the purchasing roadmap.
- Track supplier panel performance, including revenue, penetration rates, financial health, CSR criteria, and certification updates, along with related reporting.
- Monitor CSR KPIs and EcoVadis action plans with suppliers, updating related reports.
- Coordinate billing processes with the accounting department.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent with a specialization in Purchasing
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Initiative and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel, including creating pivot tables and activity management tools
- Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is advantageous
- Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Curiosity and interest in the cosmetics and fragrance industry
No specific prior experience required, but a strong interest in cosmetics and fragrances is essential.
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent with a specialization in Purchasing
