1. Manage fragrance packaging and subcontracting purchases for a designated portfolio, collaborating with Development, Supply, Quality, Formulas & Regulatory teams, and Cartier Operations.
2. Lead project launches from briefing to delivery, coordinating with project teams and Finance, ensuring adherence to objectives and deadlines while proposing improvements.
3. Monitor product lines with Supply and Cartier Operations teams, updating contracts and negotiating pricing based on lot sizes.
4. Manage project data in SAP and perform MDM checks for launches and existing lines.
5. Participate in budget preparation, negotiations, and inputting new pricing conditions in SAP.
6. Assist in preparing supplier business reviews and the purchasing roadmap.
7. Track supplier panel performance, including revenue, penetration rates, financial health, CSR criteria, and certification updates, along with related reporting.
8. Monitor CSR KPIs and EcoVadis action plans with suppliers, updating related reports.
9. Coordinate billing processes with the accounting department.

1. Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent with a specialization in Purchasing

1. Strong coordination and organizational skills
2. Initiative and analytical capabilities
3. Proficiency in Excel, including creating pivot tables and activity management tools
4. Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is advantageous
5. Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
6. Curiosity and interest in the cosmetics and fragrance industry

No specific prior experience required, but a strong interest in cosmetics and fragrances is essential.
