Cartier Project Manager - System Transformation

- Conduct comprehensive mapping of existing logistical flows to identify potential improvements in both physical and digital processes.
- Translate functional requirements from field teams into technical specifications for IT teams, ensuring alignment with user expectations and enhanced daily experiences.
- Serve as the central liaison between ERP users and IT teams, facilitating seamless communication and project execution.
- Participate in testing modified information systems to ensure functionality and user requirements are met, particularly in the implementation of SAP eWM for Production and Customer Service modules.
- Support the deployment of new tools and manage change on the ground through training and the development of user procedures.
- Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Supply Chain or a Master's degree in Logistics and Information Systems or equivalent.
- Previous professional experience in supply chain/logistics or large-scale project management in system transformation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with knowledge of SAP CS module as an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record as a change agent and team player.
A minimum of initial professional experience in supply chain/logistics or in managing large-scale system transformation projects is required.
