- Manage and develop a team of 90 employees in a high-precision machining environment.
- Ensure production planning aligns with safety, quality, quantity, cost, and deadline objectives.
- Organize and establish production schedules based on resource availability and production planning.
- Oversee the achievement of safety, quality, cost, and deadline targets, including associated reporting.
- Drive production site growth by managing activities and implementing necessary projects.
- Participate in pre-series and new product launches, ensuring resource availability.
- Ensure traceability of raw materials throughout the manufacturing process.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects within the Swiss Jewelry Division.
- Promote continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the department.
- Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
- Several years of successful experience in the watchmaking and/or jewelry industry.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machining processes.
- Proven team management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and performance management tools.
- Interest in new technologies and industrial methods.
Significant experience in team management within the watchmaking or jewelry sector, with a solid understanding of industrial machining processes.
Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
