1. Manage and develop a team of 90 employees in a high-precision machining environment.
2. Ensure production planning aligns with safety, quality, quantity, cost, and deadline objectives.
3. Organize and establish production schedules based on resource availability and production planning.
4. Oversee the achievement of safety, quality, cost, and deadline targets, including associated reporting.
5. Drive production site growth by managing activities and implementing necessary projects.
6. Participate in pre-series and new product launches, ensuring resource availability.
7. Ensure traceability of raw materials throughout the manufacturing process.
8. Lead or participate in cross-functional projects within the Swiss Jewelry Division.
9. Promote continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the department.

1. Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
2. Several years of successful experience in the watchmaking and/or jewelry industry.
3. Strong knowledge of industrial machining processes.

1. Proven team management and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and performance management tools.
4. Interest in new technologies and industrial methods.

Significant experience in team management within the watchmaking or jewelry sector, with a solid understanding of industrial machining processes.

Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent technical education.
