- Manage the scheduling of the Prototypes Department to ensure alignment of workload and capacity.
- Create, monitor, and close manufacturing orders via ERP systems.
- Oversee the management of precious material weight accounts and budget.
- Coordinate interfaces with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators.
- Lead or actively participate in continuous improvement projects related to the department.
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an industrial or production environment.
- Autonomy and rigor in task management.
- Strong prioritization and stress management abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP is advantageous.
- Team collaboration and communication with diverse groups.
