Cartier Back-Office Executive

- Ensure compliance with all cash-desk and stock procedures within the boutique.
- Manage daily operations of cash and inventory activities to support retail efficiency.
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures for the cash desk.
- Validate sales transactions and ensure proper documentation and authorization.
- Prepare and submit daily cash-desk reports and maintain communication with the financial back office.
- Prepare bank deposits and ensure accuracy and documentation.
- Manage stock transfers and conduct quality control checks for all stock movements.
- Lead the annual inventory count process and execute cycle counts.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to ensure inventory integrity.
- Proven experience in back-office, stock control, or cash operations, preferably in retail or luxury environments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle cash and inventory with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and good communication skills.
- Familiarity with retail or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
Experience in back-office, stock control, or cash operations within retail or luxury environments is required.
