- Plan internal production activities in alignment with workload and capacity.
- Initiate manufacturing orders to balance logistics workload.
- Distribute production tasks across various units based on their skills and capacities.
- Update and share key performance indicators, proposing actions to achieve objectives.
- Coordinate planning with subcontracting operations.
- Analyze production portfolio to prioritize tasks with production units.
- Manage production flow, including launches, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with relevant departments.
- Update daily indicators and manage rejections and releases.
- Ensure availability of necessary stock for production orders.
- Alert and follow up with supplier services.
- Call for stock components as needed.
- Update and monitor new collections, sharing progress and objectives with teams.
- Ensure stock management, including inventory control and replenishment requests.
- Maintain necessary traceability.
- Diploma equivalent to Bac+2 in production management or related field.
- Previous experience in planning or production within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills.
