1. Oversee daily operations of the production line, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.
2. Maintain and enhance existing manufacturing processes while implementing new ones.
3. Develop and manage production schedules and ensure timely supply of materials.
4. Facilitate communication and information sharing among team members and stakeholders.
5. Monitor production metrics using SAP and prepare detailed reports.
6. Propose and implement improvements in production processes, focusing on ergonomics, flow, methods, tools, and quality.
7. Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes and quality standards through self-inspection and corrective actions.
8. Lead and manage the production team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and professional development.
9. Promote company values and maintain a positive work environment.
10. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within an industrial setting, preferably in jewelry manufacturing.

2. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
3. Proficiency in SAP and other digital tools.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Effective communication skills.

Significant experience in managing production lines, ideally within the luxury goods or jewelry sector.
