1. Provide technical support to the production team in the workshop.
2. Lead daily team sessions to address technical, quality, and logistical issues.
3. Actively participate in UAP morning meetings to communicate decisions.
4. Collaborate with UAP logistics coordinators for deadline tracking and quality management.
5. Conduct product and process audits within the designated scope and propose improvements.
6. Train and support new team members.

1. Certification in polishing (CFC, CAP) or equivalent qualification.
2. Several years of professional experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
2. Ability to work autonomously.
3. Strong team spirit and adaptability.
4. Proactive and effective problem-solving skills.

Several years of professional experience in a similar role within the luxury manufacturing sector.

Certification in polishing (CFC, CAP) or equivalent qualification.
