Cartier Payroll Assistant Intern

- Support the Payroll and Administration team under the supervision of the Payroll Manager.
- Manage tasks related to illness and insurance, including event-based DSN, reimbursement tracking, and creation of insurance files.
- Handle daily email correspondence from various HR stakeholders.
- Collect, verify, and input variable payroll data such as bonuses, advances, and overtime into the payroll software.
- Conduct post-payroll checks including gross/net charge statements.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Payroll or Human Resources.
- Previous experience or exposure to payroll processes.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Some prior experience or exposure to payroll processes is required.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Payroll or Human Resources.
Up to 1400 euros gross monthly, depending on the level of education.
Includes an integration program with training on the history and products of the Maison, along with ongoing support throughout the internship.
