Cartier Part-Time Stock Administrator

- Support the stock administration of the boutique, ensuring adherence to stock management policies from delivery to boutique transfer.
- Prepare banking and cash closing, ensuring compliance with financial procedures, and manage cash-desk operations including opening, closing, and daily balance control.
- Assist with stock deliveries and transfers, including quality control and consignment management.
- Prepare items for display, including price labelling and adjustments.
- Support omni-channel orders from a stock perspective and implement brand policies.
- Provide additional support in alternative locations as needed.
- Manage client orders and reservations in accordance with company policies.
- Contribute to annual count organization, cycle count, spot count, and additional inventories such as certificates and stones.
- Ensure implementation of stock inventory policies.
- Experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills.
- Luxury industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in IT systems and applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of watchmaking, jewelry techniques, and Cartier products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP experience is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and integrity.
- Business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Fluent in English.
Previous experience in an administrative role within the luxury industry is preferred.
