Responsibilities
- Manage global stock levels and quality for packaging and POSM articles.
- Estimate future consumption and define worldwide target stock levels.
- Ensure stock availability and manage automatic replenishment processes.
- Oversee operational procurement, including supplier orders and transport organization.
- Define stock and cost budgets.
- Coordinate POSM one-shot projects for boutique animations.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and purchasing departments for event launches.
- Manage supply chain transformation, focusing on process optimization and CO2 emissions reduction.
- Lead a team of 12 people across various planning and procurement functions.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain
- 5+ years’ experience in supply chain planning or 2+ years’ experience in supply chain planning management
Skills
- Rigorous reasoning and accuracy with numbers
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with complexity and support competing priorities
- Fluency in English
Experience Requirements
5+ years’ experience in supply chain planning or 2+ years’ experience in supply chain planning management. Prior experience in management is a plus.
Education Requirements
Master's degree in engineering
