Cartier Packaging and POSM Planning Manager

- Oversee global stock availability and distribution for Packaging and POSM articles.
- Manage permanent planning for packaging and POSM, ensuring client experience enhancement.
- Coordinate one-shot POSM projects, focusing on timely delivery and precise quantities.
- Lead supply chain transformation initiatives, optimizing processes and reducing CO2 emissions.
- Supervise a team of 12, including packaging planning and procurement, POSM permanent planning, and POSM one-shot coordination.
- Master's degree in engineering or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or 2+ years in planning management.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and consensus-building abilities.
- Proficiency in managing complex projects with competing priorities.
- Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, and Anaplan is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in supply chain planning or 2 years in a managerial role within supply chain planning.
Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
