Cartier Operations Trainee

- Support the entire Operations department.
- Assist with special projects such as Boutique Operations Manual, boutique renovations, incentive programs, and internal process optimization.
- Coordinate and optimize MS Teams processes.
- Aid in the implementation of new digital solutions in boutiques.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including travel and meeting organization, minute-taking in internal meetings, and order processing.
- Completed undergraduate degree.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken; French is advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, adapt, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with an independent, flexible, and resilient work style.
- High flexibility, communication skills, and exceptional service orientation.
- Diligent, enjoys teamwork, and embraces challenges and responsibility.
- Retail commercial experience is beneficial.
- Commitment to 'learning by doing' and a willingness to learn and develop.
Prior experience in the retail commercial sector is advantageous but not required.
Completed undergraduate degree.
