Cartier Operations Trainee

1. Support the entire Operations department.
2. Assist with special projects such as Boutique Operations Manual, boutique renovations, incentive programs, and internal process optimization.
3. Coordinate and optimize MS Teams processes.
4. Aid in the implementation of new digital solutions in boutiques.
5. Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external meetings.
6. Perform general administrative tasks, including travel and meeting organization, minute-taking in internal meetings, and order processing.

1. Completed undergraduate degree.
2. Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken; French is advantageous.

1. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); SAP knowledge is a plus.
2. Ability to multitask, adapt, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
3. Team player with an independent, flexible, and resilient work style.
4. High flexibility, communication skills, and exceptional service orientation.
5. Diligent, enjoys teamwork, and embraces challenges and responsibility.
6. Retail commercial experience is beneficial.
7. Commitment to 'learning by doing' and a willingness to learn and develop.

Prior experience in the retail commercial sector is advantageous but not required.
