Cartier Omnichannel Project Assistant

- Support the deployment of the omnichannel strategy under the guidance of the Omnichannel Project Manager.
- Facilitate the enhancement of omnichannel solutions by identifying improvement areas and collaborating with technical development teams.
- Report and prioritize technical issues related to omnichannel tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepare reports to monitor the return on investment (ROI) of each solution.
- Provide training support to ensure comprehensive tool mastery across the network.
- Act as a key contact for updating online boutique information, including operating hours and appointment slots.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer relations center and boutique network, ensuring effective communication and community engagement.
- Assist in the execution of omnichannel projects to elevate customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Occasionally oversee e-commerce order flows, including deliveries, boutique pick-ups, exchanges, and returns.
- Monitor e-commerce performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting successful sales and customer purchase journeys.
- Develop actionable strategies to support e-commerce performance with managerial support.
- Conduct specific analyses as required.
- Master's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
- Proficiency in English and French with strong writing skills.
- Familiarity with the luxury sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
- Team-oriented and curious mindset.
- Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce is advantageous.
No specific prior experience required, but a strong interest in luxury and omnichannel strategies is preferred.
Master's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
