Cartier Omnichannel Operations Coordinator

- Lead the enhancement and deployment of key internal tools.
- Coordinate omnichannel and system-related initiatives to improve performance and operational accuracy.
- Ensure consistent project follow-up and stakeholder alignment.
- Support and animate the Continuous Improvement mindset, collecting feedback from boutiques and helping implement impactful solutions.
- Follow up on POSM orders and related projects, including budget tracking.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving Operational Efficiency in boutiques.
- Manage the uniforms process, including budget, orders, and boutique requests.
- Provide key operational support for internal retail events and projects.
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, digital solutions, or cross-functional initiatives, ideally in a retail or omnichannel environment.
- Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; a genuine interest in data.
- Knowledge of Power Query, VBA, or technical scripting.
- Fluent in English; French is an asset.
- Hands-on, reliable, and structured, being a solid connection between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Curious, solution-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, digital solutions, or cross-functional initiatives, ideally in a retail or omnichannel environment.
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management.
