- Lead the industrialization and production of new repetitive high jewelry pieces.
- Participate in the development strategies for new collections, providing expertise throughout the process.
- Monitor action plans necessary for the development of new products.
- Support aesthetic CAD design and ensure technical feasibility in production.
- Oversee the industrialization of digital files through casting or machining processes.
- Coordinate the fabrication of various tools, including templates, control elements, and models.
- Integrate production feedback into the industrialization process.
- Create product nomenclatures and manufacturing ranges within systems.
- Develop technical documentation in collaboration with workshop managers.
- Manage series life topics, including technical or aesthetic improvements and production tools.
- Coordinate technical exchanges with various teams, including workshops and machining.
- Support artisans with documentation, tools, and machinery.
- Centralize feedback from internal and external workshops.
- Communicate workshop managers' instructions to teams.
- Ensure compliance of tools and documentation for manufacturing.
- Guarantee the quality of data shared within systems.
- Coordinate corrective actions.
- Serve as engraving and system reference for workshops.
- Share best practices and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead R&D for new systems or technical innovations.
- Participate in cross-functional projects with other teams and departments.
- Propose optimizations for development and production processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, including handling of toxic and flammable materials.
- Implement and communicate security procedures, maintaining vigilance in the environment.
- Bachelor's degree in industrialization or related field.
- Significant experience in jewelry or methods industry.
- In-depth knowledge of jewelry, metallurgy, and machining.
- Understanding of small series development and prototyping processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Creo and Magics.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with SAP and Windchill systems.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Significant experience in the jewelry industry or related methods field is required.
Bachelor's degree in industrialization or related field.
