Responsibilities
- Ensure product availability through collaboration with HQ Operations and product managers.
- Monitor sales trends, shortages, logistics, and stock levels to propose solutions.
- Support the retail network by managing boutique stock levels and recommending product mixes.
- Build and update boutique assortments based on trends and support boutique openings.
- Assist in sales forecasts for product ranges and novelties.
- Facilitate communication with boutiques regarding stock availability and requests.
- Provide operational support for staff sales and cross-functional projects.
- Monitor inventory levels and propose adjustments based on analysis.
- Manage product life cycles and organize returns of old collections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or related field.
- Internships or 1 year of experience in merchandising, store planning, buying, or business development, preferably in the luxury industry.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity to improve business acumen.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to build business strategies and plans related to inventory.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel, Analysis, and PowerPoint.
- Business fluency in English and German.
Experience Requirements
Internships or 1 year of experience in merchandising, store planning, buying, or business development, preferably in the luxury industry.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or related field.
