Cartier Merchandising Assistant

- Ensure product availability, including both existing ranges and new launches, through close collaboration with Central Operations, product managers, and boutiques.
- Coordinate product launches to ensure strategic alignment and visibility of collections.
- Monitor boutique stock levels and sales to determine optimal product mix, recommending and executing actions to support sales.
- Support sales forecasts for both existing ranges and new products.
- Interact with boutiques regarding stock availability and support all product requests.
- Identify inventory opportunities by analyzing stock transfers and needs, proposing assortment adjustments and stock rebalancing.
- Monitor product life cycle and manage the returns of old collections.
- Support PR and other departments with accessory supply.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in merchandising, store planning, or buying.
- Proficiency in SAP, PowerBi, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity to improve business acumen.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and decision-making abilities.
- Business fluency in English; French is a plus.
Previous experience in merchandising, store planning, or buying is required.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or related field.
