- Support the merchandising transition project to enhance stock dynamics and optimize sales outcomes.
- Oversee local product strategy and business results across product lines and networks.
- Direct and manage comprehensive communication and PR strategies across all media platforms.
- Maintain strong relationships with key press and identify high-visibility opportunities for brand storytelling.
- Anticipate media platform evolution to connect with clients through diverse channels.
- Implement the Maison's image and guidelines in media planning, press, PR, and events.
- Develop and execute crisis management and PR contingency plans.
- Propose and oversee annual event planning in alignment with global and local strategies.
- Lead visual merchandising efforts, ensuring alignment with global standards and local adaptations.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Assess competitive and cultural trends, providing strategic recommendations.
- Engage and motivate the team by sharing the Maison's vision, strategy, and values.
- Define annual objectives and manage team performance.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to address team development needs.
- Forecast and manage the budget to align with annual business targets and strategies.
- Proven experience in marketing and communication within the luxury fashion industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Mandarin-speaking or Asian markets is preferred.
