Cartier Machining Programmer

- Develop machining programs by selecting appropriate methods while adhering to productivity and quality standards.
- Provide production support in programming to optimize existing processes in terms of cost and quality.
- Validate the technical feasibility of a product from a machining perspective and participate in estimating machining cycle times for costing or reindustrialization of existing products.
- Define and apply production standards, making necessary modifications to machining programs.
- Ensure the initial setup in terms of tool sheet, control, tooling, and cutting tools on the appropriate production equipment, validating quality from an aesthetic and dimensional perspective.
- Monitor the production of the first series and validate the machining process and cycle time for each operation according to the initial offer.
- Maintain and update manufacturing documentation and formalize processes and programs.
- Actively participate in problem-solving, process standardization, and various projects related to the role.
- Holder of a CFC in mechanics or an equivalent qualification with confirmed experience in programming within an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of general mechanics, including conventional turning and milling, CNC grinding, and manual finishing (polishing of tool elements and electrodes).
- Familiarity with Virtual Gibbs and Cimatron software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, with the ability to support and train production staff as needed.
- Demonstrates initiative, rigor, and a proactive approach.
Confirmed experience in programming within an industrial setting is required.
CFC in mechanics or equivalent qualification.
