Cartier Logistics Execution Manager

- Oversee scheduling, administrative assistance, and operational analysis teams at the La Chaux-de-Fonds production site.
- Supervise all physical production flows from order creation to the shipment of components and finished products.
- Ensure robust and comprehensive scheduling through the PDP process for each production sector.
- Communicate reliable delivery timelines to all interfaces, ensuring alignment between physical and system flows.
- Manage short-term load/capacity processes and associated sharing rituals with Supply Chain teams.
- Uphold standards for scheduling and component flow processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and project initiatives within the department in collaboration with various manufacturing interfaces.
- Contribute to the digital transformation of the Manufacture and ensure operational deployment of new technical solutions.
- Lead teams in alignment with the Manufacture's values, supporting their development.
- Advanced degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or equivalent technical education.
- Several years of successful experience in the watchmaking and/or jewelry industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and performance management tools.
- Strong interest in new technologies and digital solutions.
- Experience in team management and interpersonal relations.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and listening skills.
- Ability to unite teams and demonstrate leadership under pressure.
- Analytical and rigorous with strong organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong sense of service and interpersonal skills.
Several years of proven experience in the watchmaking and/or jewelry industry, with a focus on logistics and team management.
Advanced degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or equivalent technical education.
