- Develop and manage the comprehensive training plan.
- Conduct training needs analysis and define training strategies.
- Coordinate and implement training programs, proposing innovative solutions and partnerships.
- Define training schedules and manage logistics for in-class and e-learning sessions.
- Facilitate in-class training sessions and create internal training initiatives.
- Select and collaborate with high-quality training partners.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants and managers.
- Develop follow-up tools such as quizzes and feedback mechanisms.
- Monitor e-learning activities and maintain training records.
- Manage training-related costs and budget.
- Support the Head of HR in people budget management and HR projects.
- Assist in key HR processes including performance and salary reviews.
- Oversee internal communication activities and propose new communication strategies.
- University or Business School degree
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong organizational and project management skills
