- Facilitate and communicate training activities across the network.
- Plan and organize training cycles, ensuring their smooth execution.
- Prepare and input training documentation into relevant systems.
- Manage administrative formalities and budget tracking.
- Develop and analyze monthly training activity reports and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Contribute to the creation of digital content.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or equivalent program.
- Minimum of six months of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and autonomous working skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive with a keen attention to detail and priority management.

Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or equivalent program.
Interns will benefit from a comprehensive integration program, including training on the Maison's history and products, along with continuous support throughout the internship. Upon completion, a review with the Human Resources department will be offered to explore potential opportunities within the Maison and the Richemont Group.
