Cartier Jewellery Category Manager

- Develop and implement the local marketing strategy for Cartier Jewellery in the UK and Ireland, aligning with European and International directives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales results to inform action plans that enhance sales performance.
- Lead and promote comprehensive 360-degree projects and action plans, focusing on key product launches.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Adapt global directives to the UK market, identifying key business, image, and client priorities.
- Set annual sales targets, budgets, and forecasts in coordination with the network.
- Maximize sales and visibility of new product launches through strategic action plans.
- Conduct competitive analysis to monitor market trends and competitor actions.
- Support business development through analysis, sales tools, and contributions to press, media, and events activities.
- Manage product launches and ensure local implementation and maximization of new products.
- Develop product expertise and create tools to support product launches and range expansions.
- Collaborate with merchandising, visual merchandising, and e-commerce teams to optimize product visibility and assortments.
- Engage with press and PR teams to promote Cartier creations and enhance brand awareness.
- Support media and digital teams with media plans and digital content creation.
- Collaborate with events teams to ensure exceptional client experiences at product events.
- Maintain relationships with department store marketing teams to optimize sales and coverage across all touchpoints.
- Serve as the point of contact for HQ and European teams regarding jewellery marketing and communications.
- Strong marketing experience with in-depth knowledge of Cartier Jewellery.
- Previous experience and understanding of the jewellery market.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- International cultural awareness is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on ROI.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Significant experience in marketing within the luxury jewellery sector, with a strong understanding of Cartier's positioning and offerings.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
