International Rewards and HR Performance Manager

1. Implement the Compensation and Benefits policies as defined by the Maison and the Richemont Group
2. Support Markets and entities on salary review and other compensation processes
3. Develop partnerships with Markets to support and advise on rewards related matters
4. Provide benchmarks and analyses related to internal and external trends
5. Implement rewards communication strategy in collaboration with the Group and Markets
6. Lead ad hoc Rewards related projects and accompany implementation with Markets
7. Assess benefits competitiveness and develop best practices with the Group and Markets
8. Drive and support performance review process with key stakeholders
9. Provide insights and data to drive optimal decision related to compensation and staff cost processes
10. Drive international assignee mobility strategy and practices in collaboration with Group HR

1. University Master’s Degree level education or equivalent
2. 8+ years’ experience in Rewards or closely related area

1. Robust experience in SAP HR & Compensation Systems
2. Experience with KPIs (Creation and use of metrics)
3. Experience in Employee Cost Management / Budgeting
4. Strong Project Management skills
5. Strong interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work autonomously
7. Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity

8+ years’ experience in Rewards or closely related area.

University Master’s Degree level education or equivalent.
