Cartier International Rewards and HR Performance Manager

- Implement the Compensation and Benefits policies as defined by Cartier and the Richemont Group.
- Support markets and entities on salary review and other compensation processes, including bonuses and long-term incentives.
- Develop partnerships with markets to provide tailored advice on rewards matters aligned with business priorities and local contexts.
- Provide benchmarks and analyses related to internal and external trends and competitive positioning.
- Implement rewards communication strategy in collaboration with the Group and markets.
- Lead ad hoc rewards-related projects such as commission schemes and the Equal Pay Initiative, ensuring successful implementation with markets.
- Assess benefits competitiveness and develop best practices in collaboration with the Group and markets.
- Drive and support the performance review process with key stakeholders, including talent, learning, and development teams.
- Provide insights and data to inform optimal decisions related to compensation and staff cost processes.
- Drive international assignee mobility strategy and practices in collaboration with Group HR.
- University Master's Degree level education or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in rewards or a closely related area.
- Robust experience in SAP HR and Compensation Systems.
- Experience with KPIs, including creation and use of metrics.
- Experience in employee cost management and budgeting.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with a multitude of stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in rewards or a closely related area is required.
University Master's Degree level education or equivalent.
