- Design and implement tools to enhance the performance of the global retail network.
- Engage with internal stakeholders from Richemont and Cartier to develop efficient support tools for boutique teams.
- Review and improve reporting systems to aid performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Support the creation and maintenance of automated reporting dashboards.
- Conduct sales performance analysis to identify business opportunities by network, boutique, product category, and client segment.
- Provide insights on key performance indicators to international commercial leadership and local commercial directors.
- Contribute to the coordination of continuous improvement in internal governance to identify critical operations for enhancement.
- Develop and deploy retail operational standards and solutions across the network.
- Design communication and training materials for the implementation of retail excellence solutions.
- Animate regions and markets to implement the Match To Traffic approach for boutique staffing.
- Monitor key metrics related to staff scheduling optimization.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the Match To Traffic solution with external agencies.
- Identify local initiatives to scale up worldwide and enrich the operational excellence library.
- Work transversally on various topics related to retail excellence.
- 6-8 years of experience in luxury, industry, or FMCG sectors.
- Client-centered mindset.
- Retail background with experience in a boutique or local office retail function.
- Project management skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in performance steering and process optimization.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital tools.
