- Monitor business performance and support target setting processes.
- Assist in the monthly and weekly review of sales performance, creating ad-hoc reports as necessary.
- Conduct sales performance analysis to identify business opportunities across networks, boutiques, product categories, and client segments.
- Track key performance indicators such as Average Basket Value (AVB), Units Per Transaction (UPT), and cross-selling, implementing action plans when required.
- Provide ad hoc analyses on store and staff productivity.
- Support the target-setting process for regions, based on historical sales trends, macroeconomic indicators, and network development.
- Assist the team in deploying and following up on store animations and processes.
- Provide stores with tools to better match traffic and monitor results through retail KPIs.
- Support the creation and maintenance of automated reporting dashboards using business intelligence platforms like Looker.
- Review and enhance reporting to facilitate performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Bachelor's or Master's student in engineering, economics, or finance.
- Ability to convert complex data into insightful information and actionable plans.
- Data-driven with a strong analytical mindset.
- Curiosity and agility in problem-solving.
- Proficiency in advanced analytical tools and data exploration.
- Expertise in MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of Looker and PowerBi is advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
No prior experience required, but a strong analytical background is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's student in engineering, economics, or finance.
