- Deploy the Boutique Excellence Program to enhance retail standards.
- Define Cartier Retail Standards to support boutiques in executing their value strategy.
- Identify, evaluate, and promote solutions for efficient standard implementation in boutiques.
- Design a global framework to monitor boutique adherence to retail standards across all organizational levels.
- Develop and deploy retail operations solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement of internal governance and collaborate with experts to enhance retail operations.
- Design communication and training materials for implementing retail excellence solutions.
- Identify and address local needs to support regional teams.
- Lead the development and management of the digital platform for the Boutique Excellence program.
- Identify impactful local initiatives for potential global scaling.
- Facilitate communication among retail operation focal points in markets and regions.
- Contribute to various retail excellence topics across the department.
- 6-8 years of experience in luxury, industry, or FMCG sectors.
- Retail background with experience in a boutique or local office retail function.
- Client-centered mindset.
- Project management skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in process optimization is recommended.
- Familiarity with agile methodology and digital tools is advantageous.
