Cartier International Finance Controller

- Provide strategic insight and framework for regional long-term financial planning and support the preparation of the strategic business plan.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation for working capital in alignment with the Maison's development strategy, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Support regional management in identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate regional budgeting and monthly forecasting processes in line with Maison HQ and Group Finance guidelines.
- Conduct monthly follow-up and analysis of multiple subsidiaries' results, including fixed and variable costs, DSO, Capex, headcount, and margins.
- Develop and monitor consolidated operating expenses for Cartier, including monthly follow-up, budgeting, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Lead the development of management reporting tools and address ad-hoc analysis needs for specific regions.
- Support cross-functional projects, collaborating with business partners to design and execute business solutions.
- Prepare and participate in Cartier Finance presentations for various executive committees and meetings.
- Support and coordinate the internal control culture and compliance with Company Policies, Procedures, and IAS Standards.
- Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a multicultural, matrixed environment, preferably in FMCG or audit multinational.
- Proven track record of managing, budgeting, and reporting against a full P&L and balance sheet.
- Proficiency in SAP, SEM & BW, Anaplan, PowerBi, and Looker.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is advantageous.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of Management Accounting within IFRS context.
- Proactive in identifying and addressing business issues.
- Ability to synthesize complex business situations.
At least 5 years of experience in a multicultural, matrixed environment, ideally within FMCG or audit multinational sectors.
Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
