Cartier International Client Services Performance Senior Project Manager

- Monitor Client Services activities and deliver insightful monthly activity reports to key stakeholders.
- Provide targeted analysis for the Presidency, EXCO, and cross-departmental initiatives.
- Act as the expert for Client Services activity data for international departments, regions, and markets at Cartier and Richemont.
- Identify key performance indicators and create impactful reports to present actionable insights.
- Uncover strategic and technical improvement levers to elevate Client Services performance.
- Develop strategic dashboards and build reports in collaboration with the Client Data & Knowledge and Client Relations teams.
- Address technical issues and oversee testing phases of new dashboards and functionalities.
- Ensure data accuracy within reporting tools and manage access permissions.
- Lead enhancements in CS Explore in Looker and train stakeholders across various levels.
- Support markets in data analysis and interpretation of KPIs.
- Contribute to strategic planning and P&L by providing insights on operational efficiency.
- Make recommendations to optimize Client Services operational efficiency and resources.
- Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Economics, or from a top-tier Business School.
- 5 years of relevant professional experience in Business Reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in complex project management, finance, or management control in a global context.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and transversal projects.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Rigorous and organized with keen attention to detail.
- Strong client orientation with an innate sense of luxury and service excellence.
- Business and results-oriented with a data-driven decision-making mindset.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
5 years of relevant professional experience in Business Reporting, with experience in complex project management, finance, or management control in a global context being advantageous.
Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Economics, or from a top-tier Business School.
