- Support the continuous enhancement of hospitality services, including managing schedules and budgets for external providers such as greeters, hosts, and valet services.
- Oversee the service offerings and catering options available in boutiques.
- Conceptualize and implement queue management strategies.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of boutique renovations and openings.
- Assist in the deployment of boutique-focused applications, such as appointment scheduling and concierge services.
- Prepare briefs for key annual events like Christmas, Valentine's Day, and summer promotions.
- Develop training programs for boutique staff.
- Manage boutique uniforms, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking.
- Analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements.
- Organize regular competitive analysis visits.
- Facilitate communication and support within the sales assistant network and client experience community.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School or Hospitality program, or pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Strong affinity for the luxury sector, with keen attention to detail and creativity.
- Interest in client experience and hospitality.
- Team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm and open-mindedness.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in luxury retail and client experience is essential.
Pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field at Bac +4/+5 level.
