Cartier Industrial Controller

- Implement and enhance the internal control system to accurately capture business elements related to production cost trends, facilitating analysis and identification of improvement areas.
- Manage product costing processes, including standard costs, actual costs, and industrial variance analysis.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines for monthly group closures concerning industrial reports.
- Ensure high-quality industrial KPIs and prepare management reports to measure production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various business functions to ensure integrated financial planning that supports operational objectives and identifies improvement opportunities.
- Actively participate in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
- Support departments in evaluating the return on investment (ROI) for industrial investments.
- Conduct physical inventory management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering.
- 3 years of experience as a Financial Controller; experience as an Industrial Controller is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to analyze business operations and financial impacts.
- Excellent communication skills essential for cross-functional integration.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Proactivity and curiosity to tackle various operational challenges.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel; knowledge of SAP CO is a plus.
- Fluent in Italian; French language skills are a plus.
3 years of experience as a Financial Controller, with additional experience as an Industrial Controller considered advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering.
