Cartier Human Resources Manager

- Provide HR leadership within Cartier Joaillerie International for the designated area.
- Advise and support managers on organizational development and management practices.
- Act as the HR point of contact for employees, ensuring close field engagement.
- Develop and retain talent, implementing and communicating Talent Management tools and processes.
- Oversee HR processes, ensuring adherence within teams (salary reviews, professional development, performance appraisals).
- Lead recruitment plans and ensure successful onboarding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
- Manage legal cases, disciplinary actions, and employee departures.
- Monitor and analyze HR reporting data (turnover, absenteeism, mobility).
- Participate in HR projects and change management initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the HR department.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Analytical acumen, attention to detail, and dynamism.
- Proven project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems and IT tools (HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite).
A minimum of five years in a Human Resources Manager role is required, demonstrating expertise in HR leadership and project management.
Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
