Human Resources Manager

1. Advise and support managers in organizational development and management practices.
2. Act as the HR point of contact for employees within the designated scope and maintain close field presence.
3. Develop and retain talent, ensuring the implementation and adoption of Talent Management tools and processes.
4. Oversee HR processes and ensure their application within the teams, including salary reviews and performance evaluations.
5. Lead recruitment plans and ensure successful integration of new employees in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
6. Manage legal cases, disciplinary actions, and employee departures.
7. Monitor and analyze HR reporting data such as turnover, absenteeism, and mobility.
8. Participate in HR projects and change management initiatives.
9. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the HR department.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.
