1. Provide HR leadership within Cartier Joaillerie International for the designated area.
2. Advise and support managers on organizational development and management practices.
3. Act as the HR point of contact for employees, ensuring close field engagement.
4. Develop and retain talent, implementing and communicating Talent Management tools and processes.
5. Oversee HR processes, ensuring adherence within teams (salary reviews, professional development, performance appraisals).
6. Lead recruitment plans and ensure successful onboarding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
7. Manage legal cases, disciplinary actions, and employee departures.
8. Monitor and analyze HR reporting data (turnover, absenteeism, mobility).
9. Participate in HR projects and change management initiatives.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the HR department.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.

2. Analytical acumen, attention to detail, and dynamism.
3. Proven project management capabilities.
4. Proficiency in HR systems and IT tools (HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite).

A minimum of five years in a Human Resources Manager role is required, demonstrating expertise in HR leadership and project management.

Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
