- Manage the recruitment process from need definition to candidate selection in collaboration with managers.
- Source profiles and create talent pools on job boards.
- Participate in the recruitment of temporary and permanent positions, including job posting, CV pre-selection, interview participation, and response handling.
- Organize and coordinate recruitment days, including communication, logistical preparation, event participation, and candidate selection.
- Monitor the integration process of new employees.
- Transmit information regarding payroll, health insurance systems, training, and work stoppages.
- Collect administrative documents related to new hires.
- Maintain administrative documents for all site employees.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain partnerships with target educational institutions.
- Track HR indicators and workforce data, and prepare reports.
- Develop tools and support materials for managers.
- Participate in various HR projects in a context of growth and continuous improvement.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Previous experience as an intern or apprentice is recommended.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dynamic and proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Sensitivity to confidential information.
Previous experience as an intern or apprentice in a related field is recommended.
Master's degree in Human Resources (in progress).
