- Provide support at the HR reception to address employee inquiries.
- Organize internal events such as 'Futur en tous genres'.
- Manage greeting cards and gifts related to employee life events such as weddings, births, and birthdays.
- Respond to unsolicited applications.
- Maintain and update electronic employee records.
- Collaborate occasionally with temporary staffing agencies, handling temporary contracts and tracking hours.
- Support the HR team with various correspondences and administrative tasks.
- Pursuing a commercial training with professional maturity (MP 3+1).
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Interest in versatility and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in human resources and administrative functions is essential.
Currently enrolled in a commercial training program with professional maturity (MP 3+1).
