Cartier Human Resources Administrator

- Manage the administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle for approximately 600 employees at the site.
- Provide HR reception services and support employees with administrative follow-up.
- Conduct onboarding and follow-up for new employees.
- Handle time management, respond to specific requests, and support managers.
- Manage relationships with temporary staffing agencies, including contract follow-up, hours tracking, rate control, and billing across four sites.
- Draft employment contracts, work certificates, and various correspondence, and update personnel files.
- Interface with Richemont's centralized platform regarding salaries and social insurance.
- Oversee the deployment and follow-up of employee recognition initiatives (life events, anniversaries, etc.).
- Administratively manage the training plan.
- Supervise the HR intern.
- Participate in various HR projects and propose improvements in HR administrative processes.
- Diploma in Human Resources or a CFC in commercial employment.
- Significant experience in Human Resources.
- HR Assistant certification is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ERP SAP is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Significant experience in Human Resources is required.
Diploma in Human Resources or CFC in commercial employment.
