Cartier Human Resources Administrator

- Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle for approximately 1000 employees at the site.
- Maintain an HR reception and offer proximity support to employees across various departments.
- Conduct onboarding and follow-up for new employees.
- Manage timekeeping, address specific requests, and support managers in this area.
- Oversee relationships with temporary staffing agencies, including contract management, hours tracking, rate control, and billing across four sites.
- Draft employment contracts, work certificates, and various correspondence, and update personnel files.
- Interface with Richemont's centralized platform regarding salaries and social insurance.
- Participate in various HR projects and propose improvements to HR administrative processes.
- Diploma or CFC in commercial studies with 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- HR Assistant certification is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus.
1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Diploma or CFC in commercial studies.
