Cartier HR Controller

- Oversee the entire budgeting and forecasting process, including headcount and payroll, in close collaboration with the Finance department.
- Manage financial provisions, including calculation, monitoring, and communication, and analyze variances.
- Establish and monitor monthly headcount for Cartier Horlogerie, synthesizing and presenting results to HR, Finance, and management departments.
- Play a key role in establishing, implementing, and monitoring HR key performance indicators (KPIs) essential for activity management.
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of HR data (Master Data) and manage the payroll cycle.
- Ensure consistent application of the current compensation policy in collaboration with site HR managers, Maison, and Group, and coordinate the entire salary review process with site HR managers and HR Management.
- Support HR managers in departmental projects and manage optimization actions, particularly related to compensation and benefits processes.
- Actively contribute to internal and external audits by providing necessary data and analyses.
- Proven and successful experience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial environment.
- Strong educational background in Finance, ideally complemented by expertise in Human Resources.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of Power BI and/or Looker.
- Familiarity with SAP HR.
- Autonomy and customer service orientation.
- Analytical mindset and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English is an additional advantage.
Proven experience in a similar HR controlling role, preferably within an industrial setting.
Strong educational background in Finance, ideally with additional expertise in Human Resources.
