Cartier HR Business Partner

- Advise and support managers in managing team relations and navigating changes impacting employees.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Define recruitment needs in collaboration with department heads and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Monitor employee performance, focusing on integration and annual review processes.
- Analyze turnover and absenteeism causes, propose improvement actions, and manage disciplinary situations.
- Support employee professional development and manage internal mobility and development plans within Cartier and the Group.
- Optimize and monitor compensation and recognition policies.
- Coordinate administrative management of employee lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance in time management and document accuracy.
- Participate in HR projects to strengthen company culture and engage in innovative cross-functional projects.
- University degree or equivalent HR Specialist certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally SAP.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Customer service orientation, discretion, and flexibility.
- Ability to build trustful relationships and manage organizational transformations effectively.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role, ideally within a large industrial setting.
University degree or equivalent HR Specialist certification.
