- Manage the entire commercial relationship for designated product ranges and markets within the High Jewelry International Directorate.
- Ensure visibility of the High Jewelry offerings by optimizing regional and market allocations and events.
- Contribute to sales development and product offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and monitor sales forecasts, KPIs, and revenue.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Provide daily support to global commercial teams in client relations.
- Respond to and follow up on market requests, proposing solutions to maximize potential viewings and deals.
- Organize client submissions and ensure availability of pieces for High Jewelry events.
- Monitor and challenge billing within market scopes and contribute to sales forecasts.
- Conduct detailed sales analyses and gather qualitative market feedback.
- Define and optimize product stock offerings.
- Prepare for new launches and coordinate associated international events.
- Define regional assortments to optimize commercial potential while ensuring qualitative visibility.
- Lead the construction of short and long-term forecasts for the global High Jewelry business.
- Contribute to process and tool improvement projects.
- Create, update, and optimize commercial tools.
- Conduct analyses and presentations for top management or seminars.
- Participate in operational projects within the service or cross-functional teams.
- Manage the High Jewelry Coordinator.
- Master's degree from a Business School or University.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing, commercial, or retail roles, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and operational and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Adaptability in communication and assertiveness.
- Autonomy, proactivity, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in French and English at a professional level.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP is a plus.
At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, commercial, or retail roles, ideally within the luxury sector.
Master's degree from a Business School or University.
