Cartier High-End Merchandising Trainee

- Support High-End Stock Management in the Northern Europe Market.
- Manage High-End Transfers based on market and international demands.
- Ensure efficient omnichannel collaboration between retail and wholesale teams.
- Process retail and wholesale requests.
- Provide support for High-End Team events, including Local Stock Concentrations, Regional and Global High Jewellery Events, and Client Treatments.
- Assist with sales documentation and administration.
- Coordinate national and international High Jewellery enquiries using the HJ tool 'Plaza'.
- Create sales-supporting tools such as data sheets, price lists, and product descriptions using SAP and Plaza.
- Collaborate on High Jewellery projects, including action plans and customer events.
- Support the High Jewellery Coordinator in project management activities focused on high-end community and training.
- Execute and coordinate product allocation and logistics processes.
- Create visually appealing presentations and prepare for meetings.
- Perform general operational and administrative tasks, including travel bookings and customer arrangements.
- Completed studies in business administration, communication sciences, or similar disciplines.
- Initial practical experience in a relevant field.
- Proficient in German and English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Excellent PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of SAP as a primary operational tool.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and sensitivity in handling sensitive situations.
- Strong service orientation and high-quality awareness.
- Integrity and ability to work independently and flexibly as part of a team.
Initial practical experience in business administration, communication sciences, or a related field is preferred.
Completed studies in business administration, communication sciences, or similar disciplines.
