- Oversee the performance management of Ancillary Workshops, focusing on cost, quality, and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to launch plan commitments and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Analyze and manage workload and capacity alignment in the short, medium, and long term.
- Coordinate and prioritize with other workshop teams.
- Conduct monthly activity reporting, including budget consumption and resource allocation.
- Implement and lead the Operations Management System and Operational Problem Solving within the scope.
- Manage, coach, and support logistics teams, Workshop Managers, Micro-Workshop Leaders, and artisans.
- Preserve the skills and craftsmanship of ancillary trades.
- Develop training plans and career paths to support team growth and personal development.
- Propose hiring, compensation, mobility, and promotion strategies for team members.
- Promote the aesthetic codes of Haute Joaillerie.
- Support glyptic teams.
- Develop and manage external capacities, including phase subcontractors.
- Manage supplier relationships and lead monthly Sales and Operations Planning meetings.
- Facilitate skill development in stone machining.
- Conduct bi-annual inventories and follow up on action plans.
- Prepare for security and title audits.
- Audit processes to optimize physical and information flows.
- Lead and manage all assigned projects within the scope.
- Implement operational excellence initiatives, ensuring team engagement.
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the role, ensuring team alignment with the strategic plans of Manufacturing France and the Haute Joaillerie Manufacture.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a production environment, with at least 5 years in managerial roles.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams of at least 10 people.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse profiles and multidisciplinary teams.
- Solution-oriented with a focus on performance.
A minimum of 10 years in a production environment, including 5 years in managerial positions.
Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
