1. Perform the fabrication, firing, metal casting, and cleaning operations of wax trees encased in plaster.
2. Execute the baking of plaster molds and metal casting, ensuring adherence to temperature guidelines and production ranges.
3. Conduct first-level maintenance of equipment and ensure versatility within the department, including component and semi-finished product inspection.
4. Carry out cleaning, weighing, sprue removal, and thermal treatments on cast trees using available tools such as pressure washers, sandblasters, and acid or base baths.
5. Maintain optimal cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to established protocols.
6. Develop versatility across other positions within the foundry unit as production demands require.
