- Perform the fabrication, firing, metal casting, and cleaning operations of wax trees encased in plaster.
- Execute the baking of plaster molds and metal casting, ensuring adherence to temperature guidelines and production ranges.
- Conduct first-level maintenance of equipment and ensure versatility within the department, including component and semi-finished product inspection.
- Carry out cleaning, weighing, sprue removal, and thermal treatments on cast trees using available tools such as pressure washers, sandblasters, and acid or base baths.
- Maintain optimal cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to established protocols.
- Develop versatility across other positions within the foundry unit as production demands require.
