- Manage the load/capacity and performance of a portfolio of workshops.
- Plan the production of jewelry finished products across assigned workshops.
- Monitor daily workshop performance using existing tools such as monthly dashboards and weekly performance tracking.
- Analyze deliveries against initial commitments and prioritize references as necessary.
- Ensure load-capacity alignment with workshop strategy and identify capacity levers if needed.
- Optimize and standardize planning tools for increased efficiency.
- Assist in the redesign of planning and indicator tracking tools on PowerBI.
- Maintain and update PowerBI tools for the team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ensure the firming of operational needs for a product range.
- Act as the liaison for the Supply Chain/Operations Directorate for the assigned product range.
- Degree from an engineering or business school with a specialization in Supply Chain or production management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Recognized for curiosity, rigor, and team spirit.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Comfort with information systems.
Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in the Supply Chain domain.
