- Manage the workload and capacity of a portfolio of workshops.
- Plan the production of finished jewelry products, from simple to complex pieces.
- Monitor the daily performance of internal and external workshops using established tools such as monthly dashboards and weekly performance tracking.
- Ensure alignment of workload and capacity with workshop strategy.
- Optimize and standardize planning tools for increased efficiency.
- Consolidate operational needs for a specific product range.
- Act as a liaison for the Supply Chain/Operations Directorate within this scope.
- Degree from an engineering or business school with a specialization in Supply Chain or production management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and team spirit.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with information systems.
Ideally, candidates should have initial experience in the Supply Chain domain.
