Cartier External Quality Sector Manager

- Lead and manage a team of 10 to 15 Quality Assurance Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Coordinate quality assurance efforts between the manufacturing unit and external partners to ensure components meet defined quality standards.
- Develop partnerships with external stakeholders to ensure swift response to non-conformities and foster a culture of problem-solving.
- Anticipate and ensure the quality of components from external partners by managing process variability and updating performance indicators.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to existing quality processes and facilitating digital transformation.
- Implement new control measures and Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) to enhance quality efficiency.
- Industrial engineering degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in quality and statistical tools.
- Strong understanding of horological manufacturing processes such as machining, polishing, and electroplating.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in changing situations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in Quality Assurance, complemented by at least 4 years in a managerial capacity, with a focus on horological manufacturing processes.
Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent.
