Cartier Events Trainee

- Assist the events team in daily activities related to local activations and projects, from ideation to production and post-event analysis.
- Coordinate logistics for High Jewelry events, including managing event programs, booking accommodations and travel, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Update and maintain the annual events calendar.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to facilitate seamless event execution.
- Evaluate and report on event effectiveness through feedback sessions with involved team members.
- Conduct competitor analysis and prepare reports on event-related activities.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Effective negotiation skills.
No prior experience required, but a background in event management or marketing is advantageous.
