Responsibilities
- Support the events team in daily activities for local activations and projects from ideation to post-event.
- Assist during high jewelry events by coordinating event programs, including room and travel bookings, and managing material deliveries.
- Support logistic activities for events.
- Update the annual events calendar.
- Collaborate with other departments to support the event process.
- Measure and monitor event effectiveness through feedback sessions with team members.
- Prepare competitor analysis and reports for all activities.
