Cartier Event Coordinator

- Assist the Event & Experience Manager in planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring communication projects and events.
- Manage the creation and development of marketing and communication materials.
- Support budget management and control, including cost planning.
- Aid in the planning, organization, execution, and monitoring of national and international communication projects, events, and VIP trips in coordination with the Event Manager.
- Handle administrative tasks within the communications department and conduct various research activities in collaboration with the Marcom Administration Trainee.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between various departments and the headquarters (Communication/Marketing, Retail, CRM) to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Communicate and coordinate with headquarters on concepts, validation processes, and post-project reporting.
- Network and maintain collaboration with partners and service providers.
- Conduct regular research on new service providers and trends.
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or a related field with a focus on marketing and/or events.
- Initial professional experience in event/communication/retail sectors; experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.
- Curiosity about new retail concepts and communication activities, with a strong interest in trends and innovative ideas.
- Initial experience in planning, executing, on-site support, organizing, and post-event follow-up.
- Experience in project management.
- Proficiency in budget monitoring.
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a convincing presence.
- High level of teamwork capability and confident client interaction.
- Excellent analytical thinking and quick comprehension of connections.
- Independent, innovative, and creative work style, multitasking abilities, high organizational talent, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written; French language skills are advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- High willingness to travel and flexibility.
Initial professional experience in event, communication, or retail sectors, preferably within the luxury industry.
Degree in business administration or a related field with a focus on marketing and/or events.
