Cartier Event and VIP Experience Assistant Intern

- Support the operational organization of the event team, including coordination of meetings and appointments, preparing agendas, timelines, and reports.
- Create and coordinate presentations for the department, including internal event documentation and briefs for external service providers.
- Conduct iconographic and inspirational research.
- Manage operational logistics such as invoicing, courier requests, stock and gift management, and shipment tracking.
- Actively participate in the creation of a 'trend book' within the luxury, art, fashion, gastronomy, and design sectors.
- Perform competitive analysis across various domains including fashion shows, events, publishing, retail, and visual merchandising.
- Develop innovative formats to internally disseminate new trends and key highlights of the annual event program.
- Oversee logistical and operational aspects of event production, maintaining relationships with agencies and service providers, negotiating quotes, and managing invitations.
- Coordinate bespoke experiences for clients, press, key opinion leaders, celebrities, and collaborators.
- Assist in the development of experience programs and client and press handling for various local and international events.
- Independently manage ad-hoc client requests for local experiences such as restaurant bookings and museum visits.
- Monitor budgets and handle invoicing.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School, Fashion, Communication, or Luxury Hospitality program at a Master's level (Bac +4/+5).
- Demonstrated creative sensitivity and organizational excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of InDesign/Photoshop is advantageous.
- Previous experience in event management, communication, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
- Genuine interest in the luxury sector, particularly in watchmaking and jewelry.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach.
- Creativity and autonomy in task management.
- Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Effective stress management and service-oriented mindset.
- Curiosity and openness to new places and trends.
A first experience in event management, communication, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Fashion, Communication, or Luxury Hospitality (Bac +4/+5).
Comprehensive training on the Maison and the specific role, with daily support from a dedicated mentor to enhance skill development.
